Once the parking violation has been reported, our back office takes over the entire process.
We handle everything from determining the owner's details and sending the letter to monitoring payments and final clarification.
You keep track of everything. We take care of the operational implementation.
Holder data determination
We check the data provided and prepare it for the relevant authority in order to determine the legal vehicle owner for you—both nationally and internationally.
Cover letter
The identified owner will be notified by mail of the parking violation and the contractual penalty in order to initiate the default procedure—on your behalf, if desired.
Payment monitoring
Incoming payments are continuously monitored. We keep an eye on outstanding receivables.
communication
A trained service team answers questions and handles objections carefully and transparently.
Reminder
In the event of non-payment, written payment reminders will be generated and sent out as part of our regulated processes.
Completion
The process is completed upon receipt of payment or final clarification.
